All the cool kids are making treks to the southeast, as WAVVES follows other hipster bands like The Pains of Being Pure at Heart and We Were Promised Jetpacks into the area. WAVVES are fresh off their fight with The Black Lips. Seriously, guys, there is enough amped-up garage-rock-punk to go around. Maybe Nathan Williams will start fighting with The Embarrassing Fruits at their show in Chapel Hill. They're a band that deserves some blog love too. Oh yeah, The Ganglians are on tour with the Fightin' WAVVES.
